I'm working on a first round of angel investments for a web based application for arts companies that I'm building. I'm currently looking for an experienced Drupal developer to help me build a prototype. I'm a front-end designer/developer and have mockups and functionality charts already completed for the project.
You have two options for payment: equity in the company or negotiated project rate to be paid after the first round investments (~100k) have been secured. Unfortunately I simply don't have the capital to pay you out of my pocket.
Alpha, Beta, and RC stages will be paid accordingly if you choose to stay on past the prototype. I have a server admin available who will automate the system.
I will also be looking for mobile developers in the future in case anyone may be interested later on.
Resumes and portfolio required. You will be required to sign a non-disclosure/non-compete form before I can discuss specifics on the project. I'm currently interviewing developers here in the DC/MD/VA area so if you are local that's great. If not, we will need to schedule a skype interview.
