yea, aaaah, OP if you haven't seen a doctor already(which you probably have)... i would suggest you get there immediately i had this same thing happen to me about a year ago.. and it was baaad... about as bad as yours... it WAS the shrimp.. and i needed some serious medication..

I got them real bad once, it sucks. They just popped up all over randomly. Def go for the bendaryl, that shit helps.

Go buy some Pepcid, the heart burn stuff. I had a rash from an allergic reaction a few months ago and the doctor said Pepcid has antihistamines in it. That, combined with Benadryl cream cured it completely in a few days.

Yeah I have had the swollen wind pipe before and it is not much fun. Actualy kind of scary.

Sensitized to it or developed an exposure based Allergy, dude, get it tested by a Dr. Shelfish allergies can kill you.

^ Yes, it's a massive histamine response from your body. If it gets really bad they give you epinephrine to stop/block the response.

Get some Benadryl. Hives really suck, and it CAN be life threatening (windpipe can get swollen i think) I've had a few pretty serious attacks but none for like 3 years (WTF?!).
