Yea that's what we got, a Hoover, not Bissel. Better reviews. Anyways, thanks for the input on Dyson. I guess the person(s) I talked with just had bad expirences with them

The only reason I vacuum is to scare the cats when I'm bored. This would defeat the purpose. Vacuuming is women's work.

My mother has issues with dust and other air born particles. They have used everything from Electrolux to Dyson etc. Best one hands down is the Rainbow brand. Not only does it use a water system to collect dust and other unwanted bits. But it cleans the carpet like no other vacuum I have used. Only one better was the commercial grade one used when I did detailing(steam vac).

Granted it cost a bit over 1,800...don't know why I posted it here. Most e30s on here cost half that xD lol wrong forum.

The Rainbow SRX uses Mother Nature’s most powerful element, water, to trap dirt and odors, returning only naturally clean, water-washed air to your home environment.

I have a Meile plus and it is without a doubt the most impressive vacuum I have ever used. The automatic cord reel makes it even better.

    Dyson again.

I have used all of the variants, and they are top notch. All other vacuums are second.

I have vacuumed my office with a hoove wind tunnel twice, then ran over it again with the Dyson. So much extra crap was in the canister of the Dyson that the other vacuum missed, it literally wasnt even funny.

Orecks are nice! We have had three, sold the one and got a newer one off CL.

Oreck pro is our other one we picked up off CL

Oreck offers lightweight upright vacuums, bagless vacuums, convenient hand-held models, versatile steam mops and a family of air purifiers — products for every room in your home.

regular style (not that ball crap) DYSON ANIMAL. when i got it, it was supposed to be the best for pet hair.

damm right ot tears some pet hair up! you will also see a ton of nasty crap come out of your carpet in the catch can too.

IIRC i paid around $200 7-8 years ago for it off of ebay. at that time they were in the $400-$500 range.

when i brought it home, my roommate said "dude, what the hell is that? Superman's vacuume?"
