remember how i said we talked, he'd email me my schedule for february?
gutless fuck didn't email me shit.
so on january 31st i emailed him saying i was confused because i had not received our schedule for february, guess what, no fucking reply. ever.

dudes such a spineless bitch.
got a new job, planning on going to my old job to see whatsup and turn in my resignation letter.
i want to be as professional as possible, thank them for the experience and such.
but i also want to tell him how unprofessional it was of him to flat out ignore his employee and let me sit there wondering what the fuck is going on.

i work as a valet at a car dealership, get to drive some fun cars, meet cool people, lots of freedom(being sent all over MD to deliver or pick up cars, or being trusted with company vehicles to run errands), PLUS there are tips, granted not a lot in tips, but 50hrs a week plus a couple bucks in tips works for me...for now lol

It's easier to find one when you can truthfully say you're still employed. When asked why you're switching jobs the old failsafe of "I'm looking to broaden my horizons and accept more responsibility" works great.

I wouldn't say that is being professional.

Something along the lines of, "I feel as though calling out 3 times in 9 months is acceptable, as they were all emergency situations. Regardless of if you were out of town or not, it wouldn't have changed my need to call out. What is your policy for calling out, so I can follow it in the future?" would be more appropriate.

Unless he already discussed his call out policies with you, in which case you either followed them and should have brought that up, or didn't, and this is all your fault.
