    Then you need a new flashlight.

    Being said the LEDs on phones do a damned good job. My Evo has the dual LEDs and my girlfriend has one of those cheap 3 LED flashlights and the Evo easily bests it. However, my bespoke flashlight blows the Evo away, as does my headlamp.

    Streamlight = ok
    SureFires = overpriced

    I have a 900 lumen Eagletac M2/


    this is a 300 foot outdoor shot


    My pocket carry is a 750 lumen Zebralight SC600

    I have three Intova 2 cell cr123 led dive lights that I love, about 50$, waterproof to something stupid like 400 feet ( rec limits are 130 ).
    I usually have one at the shop, one at home and one in my car. Take them on the dive trips and leave the big dive lights at home as the small LED ones are actually better.
