Yea thats frowned upon at most work sites, about as unproffessional as talking about wanting to get drunk at work as others have said accept pot is still illegal. Not against pot or drinking just be a bit more proffessional for 8 hours a day its not that hard haha. And 20 is not grown up he cannot even legally drink, if hes annoying about it, call him out it'll make you feel better and he might learn something!
