Seriously mate, didn't want it to come to this, since a child (in the 80's) our family rolled an M635 (new) dad, E21 Alpina 323 (Mum), Dino Ferrari and 356 speedster (dads also). Amongst our family friends were countless Porsches/Ferraris/BMWs/Mercs and I believe none were rolling on 'Bob Jane' 5 spokes or the like. This is nothing, I repeat nothing out of the ordinary in any halfway decent area. You seriously are living in some fucked up suburbs if that's all you see kicking around.

PS Dad lost all his dough in the late 80's with the rest of the 'high flyers' lol, but still has enough taste to drive an old 450sl vert on Borbet A's, which I believe is 'tastefully' modded. No doubt you will disagree.

I don't think the issues is that there isn't any nice cars, it is that the majority, have been done poorly. I would agree I see alot more E30's with poor taste in wheels or stupid chinese steering wheels ect ect, then I do nice clean E30's
