    It's sad how members on here are already bitching. Just enjoy the memories guys. And if they're not yours, who cares. Everyone has different memories.

    This thread should be things that don't exist anymore, and bring back memories of your childhood, or of days that you can't (Or are difficult to) get back.

    Don't cheapen the nostalgia by having things you can still attain easily. Jim Carey...really? PS1..? Myspace?

    This should be toys that were to dangerous to sell now days. This should be classic movies by people that are now dead. Remembering the good times in childhood. Not last Tuesday, last month, or even 5 years ago.

    I'm not suggesting a specific age (Though I did say 1990 as an example). Original Nintendo, and Genesis. Atari (Not PS1 and Game Cube). Grand Master Flash and Run DMC (Not Snoop Dog and NWA from High school).
    What you are saying is totally opposite of the actually meaning of nostalgia;

    nos·tal·gia   [no-stal-juh, -jee-uh, nuh-] Show IPA
    noun
    1.
    a wistful desire to return in thought or in fact to a former time in one's life, to one's home or homeland, or to one's family and friends; a sentimental yearning for the happiness of a former place or time

    It doesnt matter how old we all are, PS1 games are easily attainable is true but we aren't saying we want to play them right now. We are reminiscing about our childhood. You are older than most of us but if you look at the thread, I posted a color screen phone that is now outdated and I brought a nostalgic feeling to an older member. Please dont gripe about things that some feel is nostalgic and what you feel is nostalgic. Just post something nostalgic to you and let other member your age reminisce of your post. Thanks

    I am 21 and I got my ps1 with crash bandicoot when I was 8ish with my dad. I remember playing so many hours of gran turismo. That is nostalgic to me. All of the tv shows from nickolodian and such

    The average r3v user is like 19 with a 6th grade reading level - so good luck.
