Could this be a plot by the Gov. to gain control by offering protection and safety? I mean it just came out that no Assault Weapons were used in Sandy Hook shooting (4 hand guns) yet the Gov clearly said there was and used it to push Gun Control. Something the Dems have been trying to do for years.
