No actually because I'm not a fucking asshole. Worst I've ever done is accidentally tap the adjacent car with the door of mine about 7-8 years ago (parked on a hill).

It seems like everyone on this forum agrees that while it may be funny the owners sure as hell didn't deserve it for owning a relatively practical car in SF.

Someone is not a man, or deserves to have their incredibly expensive item destroyed likely increasing their insurance rates because you don't like their choice of vehicle? That is probably some of the stupidest shit you've ever said on this forum. If you think someones worth is determined by what they drive you need to reevaluate how you were raised.

That^ While I did laugh REALLY hard, it is still someone's car that thy paid for. My father would move the old VW with his friends to funny places, no harm done. Ruining a car is down right mean, granted I did mention I would like to buy those guys a round...in reality I would not, while I found it funny...still a shitty thing to do(even if a lame smart car).

I'm more of a steak guy. I only eat Chick-Fil-A when I'm traveling and in a hurry. The grilled sandwich is filling without making you feel like shit.

I really can't recall anything. Yes, my childhood was pretty boring and sheltered over, but I also have too much respect for others to randomly mess with someone else's shit. If it's not yours, don't fucking touch it.

I would find this funny if not for the damage to the cars. Back in the early 90's me and a group of friends would go to the local VW dealer late at night and move a line of about 10 cars. We would move them all at an angle or turn them all facing the other way. Me and my friends would do some stupid funny shit but never would damage anything.

STG- Phased, doing more than yelling at them and telling them to get the hell out will land you in court, you shoot them your going to JAIL for a very long time, TX is the ONLY state with the AZ I think trying to pass something similar, that you can use lethal force to stop a robbery or property damage, but I think it has to be physically ON YOUR property, not parked in the street.

While the Catholics like to think they have monopoly on the word.

Stigmata - 1. a mark of disgrace or infamy; a stain or reproach, as on one's reputation.

Owning or driving a Smart or a hybrid is a bit of a disgrace on one ones reputation.

Einhorn, when you get back state side and you ever leave the holy land of CA Sure we can hug it out. I will even buy you a beer ;). Or do you only drink wheat germ and lemon grass smoothies or mineral water?????

Property destruction is not a valid justification of lethal force in all sates but TX this happend in CA where your not really supposed to defend you self at all let alone property. You life is not in danger when Hooligans are tipping your car over at 2am and your NOT in it....... SO send that trigger happy fool to prison on Murder charges, they would not be following the law and would be a vigilante

What the kids did was wrong, legally and morally. You don't touch another person's property without risk of legal ramifications or worse. That is what keeps society civil, fear of negative consequences to their actions. On the surface, sure it's kind of funny because I imagine most of us think those cars are a joke. Does it make it right? Absolutely not. If one of the "kids" got shot in the face by the owner, in certain states of the Republic, he'd have justifiable rights to protect his property. Would it be less funny, absolutely.

I agree, I don't think it's right what those people did, and I would protect my property.
