yeah he was totally fine until he jerked the wheel thinking he was going to get swiped. he should of just let off.. by the looks of his dress he probably wasn't racing for anything but fun

not sure about safety standards in USA but in AUS I think anything under 12 sec requests full safety gear helmet fire suit etc.
