Are there any hospital missions in 5?

I don't really know how they work either, though I was thinking we could create a R3V one and figure it out as we go.

I played online for about 90 minutes last night and went up 5 or 6 levels just doing team missions.

I have online but I haven't played to much of it. I think I am only like level 5 or something. Not sure how the "crews" work.
