Mouton, by a mile. Wrestling a group B Audi Quattro sport around is not for the unskilled, and racing on the dirt at those speeds and conditions make going fast on the paved track a walk in the park. On top of that, the Sport Quattros had no driver's assistance, traction control or any other drivers aid. You also had huge crowds on the course that may or may not get out of the way in time.

If I had to guess, if Mouton, Schmitz and heck, Danica Patrick were all able to race each other head to head while in their prime, (Danica wasn't even born when Michelle was kicking ass) my money is on Michelle. I'd bet she'd win by a huge margin on the dirt, and by a good bit on the track as well. Rally drivers are the best drivers in the world, hands down. Group B drivers were driving some of the craziest cars in history, on the dirt, snow, mud, and occasionally tarmac. I'd like to see Schmitz or Patric wrestle a Group B car in the same conditions that Michelle did. I'd be surprised if they finished the race.

I wrote "most talented" in the poll.. but I guess most awesome in general is what I'm going for. Just seems like Mounton was a true badass but you don't hear much about her at all.

It seemed like people were voting otherwise, imo Mouton was a way more talented driver, I mean rally without calls? Group B? 1970-80s? Like the top of racing popularity.
