Decitated server? for 200 hours of video?

Hey there - I know there are some web guys on this board, and amoung outher places, I'm asking this:

I have a client with over 200 hours of video that need to be hosted on a budget. (a talk show, independent distrubuited - in over 150 cities in just the US) Just encoding all the video is going to be a HUGE job.

So my first choice is google video(free) - my next is a off site server. I looking for a basic rack unit tied into a internet backbone, with a huge harddrive (200 gig too much to ask?)

The thing is that the traffic will not be HUGE - it a "spirtually" talk show (think crystals, and meditation - I know - I know - spare me the comments)

Anyone got a site hosted on a decatided server?
