Ask the lawyer if you can pin rental car fees on the guy while the case gets taken care of.

Yea I got his plate down and they did catch him. He has a court hearing by the end of the month and my lawyer is working on getting me a rental possibly something fun and hopefully nothing stupid that I have to live with until my poor little e30 is fixed. :(
