every day i am not out on the road with my real job, i am there pounding nails. i put in all the trim and hung all the doors myself. i put in all the cabinets as well as the wainscot on the dining room wall. plus, there were a thousand other things that i did to keep the project moving along. electrical, plumbing, framing....lots and lots of demo.

we had a lot of bad luck with contractors this time. i had to fire several. some jobs we had to fire contractors 2 or 3 times for the same job. the guy i normally use was unfortunately unavailable for this project. i am amazed at how retarded and lazy so many trades people are nowadays. unfortunately, this has really tainted my view of a certain socio economic...group.

this house took 8 weeks to complete. that is really bad for us. normally we are done in 5 or 6.

Looks really good, I can see you spent a little on the bathrooms, which is a huge selling part of houses.

Excellent work! Love seeing stuff like this, I'm over on garage journal quite often as I enjoy seeing project/build threads.
