    Turbocharger/BOV Question

    So, my SRT-4 has been running great. Yesterday, however, my BOV stopped working like it should. Under low boost or low revs, it would either make no noise or flutter(compressor surge). Under high boost, when I let off, it would have a very quick hard purge(hiss). A little later, it was sounding as it should, but when I got on it, it would go up to right around full boost(14psi) at 13 psi, and then drop to about 11 psi. This morning, on my way to work, it went back to sounding restricted again. I have the mopar blue BOV plate. Any thoughts on this? It should be hissing even after letting off at 2k with the car sensing 10kPa vacuum.
