                That trail is nearly as Iconic as That road ;)

                There are far better places but there is much more effort needed to get to them them. its hard to beat the high line in the fall for a quick and enjoyable day hike

                          you want me to post some of my shots form avalanche and Howe ridge. :) Looks like those are form about 2007ish given the regrowth after the Roberts fire. Are some of those form the mt brown trail, or the E side of huckleberry mt???

                          Think I have posted this before anyway little closer shot of the kissing rocks at avalanche gorge in the spring when the melt has the water a bit higher
