AWESOME!! In Argentina instead of the yellow light coming on when it turns red, it comes on after red to let you know its about to turn green. ANd the other cars have already stopped because the lights been red a few seconds for them.It goes RED-GREEN-YELLOW-RED

I happened to come across the set of Burn Notice while I stayed in miami. Ya I know the pics suck, there was a security guard yelling at me and driving over on his little golf cart.
