Just picked up this BMW Z1 model from Revell. Has a detailed m20 engine in it.

Also bought the M1 Procar from Revell.

Both seem to be really detailed kits.

It's called Bare Metal Foil. It's a very very thin sheet of foil with an adhesive back.

Bare-Metal® Foil is perfect for duplicating chrome on model cars, model trucks, and model aircraft. Bare-Metal® also looks great on die cast models. You can use Bare-Metal® any place that real metal would add detail to a finished kit. Bare-Metal® Foil is a thin metal foil with a self-adhesive backing. Bare-Metal® can be applied to painted surfaces or plain plastic. Plus since Bare-Metal® Foil is so thin it conforms to compound curves.

Wheels installed, flocking added for carpet and rear tray, inserts are something I found at a craft store "paper tape", and also making a different front valance.

I did 3 coats per wheel. They look great in person too!
