all guns in canada must be registered. you have to have a licence to buy ammo. no automatic guns allowed. pretty much you cant have a gun on you unless your hunting or at a range.

On topic - When we talked about this last time, I brought up the point of posession of a handgun in Canada - I think citizens aren't allowed to own them. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
