My mom used to have a 1997 M3 4 door, in cosmos. About 3 weeks after she got it a 90 year old with an oxygen tank took a turn too wide and hit my mom head on. No one was hurt, except the M3. Totalled.

My 330i got tapped by a crypt-keeper looking old fart that had just gotten knee surgery a week after I bought it. Luckily it was slow enough that it left no mark, but it still pissed me off. The stupid son of a bitch had knee surgery and knew that he wouldn't be able to put any pressure on the brake pedal but he drove anyway. I still regret not calling the cops, he could have easily not been able to hit the brakes hard enough to avoid running over some poor kid next... :curse:

These assholes that put everyone else on the road in danger because they don't want the inconvenience of taking public transportation need to be taken off the road. Preferably before they kill someone like that guy that plowed through the farmer's market a couple of years ago. I simply can't understand the selfishness they show by continuing to drive when they know they can't do it safely anymore. My town has a very high percentage of seniors and a huge percentage of them truly have no business behind the wheel.
