Nick Hogan definetly has it all going for him. I'm a bit envious of how he had the full support right off the bat... but let's face it: If our parents had that kind of money and connections laying around and could afford to do what he is doing, we would never take the hard way.

It does seem though that with all the help he is getting he still lacks a lot of skill. The way I see it, the fact that it was all given to him makes him not have the same passion for those who had to start from zero... even the ones who just drift at a grassroots level.

From the looks of it the car was having some issues.. Ive seen him in person hes better than that but he's no drift king. He took third at a pro-am up here, my friend Sunny won and he has no sponsors at all.

    Edit: I found this...
Heres his interview with Alex Pfeiffer at that event..

I was totally there when he crashed.

in all seriousness, that kid knows no more than a 16-year old drifto fan.

    that sure is sloppy style.

i felt bad for the kid knowing that everyone hates him because he's sponsored and driving a viper. the only way he could justify that is if he did well. so much for that

    Hogan knows best...but not drifting

This might make me officially a hater. but wow, i wonder if he even practiced before?.... i just couldn't believe it. Before i went out if front of everyone with a pro car, i would of went and practiced, or taken it up as a hobby first.

    yea <------hater
