You're right too about needing domestic assistance sometimes, I had a guy in Germany who sure took his sweet time mailing something to me, so I can empathize.

You know to expect shipping to be 2-3 weeks unless you paid for air post, right? Just so you know.

Guys can you fucking believe this -
I just sent Gazelle the relevant info then thought id send them another email requesting an update.
I have just had a reply from Eric at SPP to say that they are very sorry for the delay,they have been waiting for stock to come in and they are on the case!
So looks like its under control :)

I know that place has been around for a few years and is legit. I contacted them a few years ago about some wheels and they were easy to get in touch with. Try calling. Who knows where your emails ended up.
