Complex as in more ridiculously ludacris rules and regulations as well as overpaid and undereducated players.
Don't follow soccer to much, mostly because of all the waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles pretty boy people in high school that used to walk around with their adidas crap on and shirts that said:
No pads, No helmets, this is real football....
LOL
In my opinion:
North American football, when you strip away the bullshit commercialization, requires more intelligence, more strategy and more team work than any other major sport including soccer, baseball, or basketball.
BUT:
Rugby is better then both, no pads, no helmets, just you and the other team and nothing in between. Unfortunately it doesn't have enough of following the U.S.
Just because a sport is the most watched doesn't mean its the best, can anybody argue that? I mean take a look at NASCAR... need I say more?
I could live in Chicago! Brasil 4 - USA 2

No Bears... Soldier Field is nice, the field was shit from what the players stated though.
Yeah, I can only imagine those freezing snowy windy winter days.
"More complex sports"? How much more complex is throwing a ball, catching a ball, and knocking mothafuckas down...? Oh, and standing back up and doing it over and over again? How much more complex is it to throw a ball in a certain direction and try to hit that ball with a piece of wood within a square foot area? How much more complex is it to run up and down a court and try to arch a ball into a basket?
To finish, how complex is it to run around a field, kicking a ball around and trying to kick it past a goalie into a net?
So either none of our sports are complex at all or they all have their respective complexities.Leave a comment:

I know it is LOL - it's just funny. In America, we play soccer as kids, then move on to more "complex" sports - I guess you could say.
Oh BTW - Chicago is AWFUL in the winters...everyone there hates it.

Soccer? LOL!!!!
It's only the largest most popular and watched sport in the universe
That's the thing, it's not THAT big of a city. Larger than Dallas but not quite a NYC. With the lake and parks and such it's frickin perfect. I would seriously enjoy living there...Leave a comment:

Went there once, to look at a car. Big city life is not for me. To visit is nice but not to live there.Leave a comment:

Got back from Chi-Town yesterday night and I have to say I really enjoyed it... It was completely different than what I expected. I thought it was really nice. The river winding through the city, Lake shore ave, the parks... The weather was perfect and Brasil, although not playing that great, won the match.Tags: None
