Damn, I didnt think anyone else knew of Tech N9ne and the other guys on that label. Tech N9ne not only can rap, but he throws a fucking AMAZING live show. Honestly, the best Ive ever seen. Ive been to his shows the past two years and plan on going as long as he's in my area.

We have a few decent local artists under the Rhymesayers label that are pretty fuckin titties. Atmosphere being the man that started it all...

One of the best right there! Thank you for sharing; I didn't know there was a video for the song. Now I can put a face to the words.

I still listen to Pharcyde, Del, shit...even Digital Underground.

If you want an interesting listen, check out Sly and Robbie's' "Silent Assassin" Mostly New York HipHop artists, over "dancehall"ish beats. Brilliant, IMO, but Sly and Robbie rarely do anything shitty, look what they did when they produced the last known good CD of No Doubt...

Fat Lip is fucking awesome. Not many people I know have even heard of him. The Spike Jonez video he did was sweet.

I thought the first song he did was pretty damn good, that second one though sucked balls.

I didn't know there were this many hip-hop heads on r3v.

If you guys don't like 50 Cent or think Kanye is more tolerable then...

I think you guys might find this KRS-ONE interview VERY interesting

is anybody with me? what happened to the days of happy rap and philosophy in the rhymes. I personally liked cats off the Hirogliphycs crew (casual, Del the funky homosapian, souls of mischief) dammit mainstream hip-hop, enough of all these little children melodies in your songs, give me something good and creative, no kanye west or 45 cents, I want something real and new on that old school tip..... maybe a new Gangstar (the guru) album or some Pete rock & CL smooth.........Stop the fucking sampling of complete songs of real artist already
