Yeah, I was bemused when I was going thru the New Hire Packet and came across that one. It claimed to need to protect "trade secrets", and to prevent me from working with any direct competition for the next 24 months within 15 miles of any of their present, or, future locations.

Extremely, in fact, I signed an NDA about pay and everything(lameness for a tire store), but I'll say that after the preliminary portion, once things move up, I'll be pulling in more than I was in my prior job. Pay Increase FTW!!!Leave a comment:
