    No, I don't think so.

The best quality ones out there are the H&Rs though.

I certainly don't want to be harping for attention when I'm your age, but maybe I should become like you and sell crappy hood seals!
    Hmmm...

I've actually done pretty well for myself all things considered...

As I expected you didn't read very carefully...

You also made the assumption that I have no formal education in engineering... It just wasn't my major.

You seem to suffer from a kind of autism that is common with people of your generation...

Just because it's all you know doesn't make it the truth...

And this my friend is whats wrong with America.

(going to check my spelling and gramar for me?)

Back to the ignore list-which you were on but thought I'd read this one since you were owned.

    Grow up pal.
That's funny, you're on my ignore list too.

Go back to your car on jackstands. Maybe you can call DC and ask what their effective spring rates are.

Now, how is it the a punk like you (however eloquent and verbose) gets off drawing a comparison like that?

You are 23 years old and apparently still in school (which is fine and well)

    The year you were born:

I had been twisting wrenches on BMWs For 5 years because I found out the hard way you can't make a living working on air planes.

John Mason was building O.E. components for March and Lola Indy Carts. I had just started working for BMW on a project to improve it's 3er's crash worthiness (someone at BMW AG noticed I was some kind of mechanical idiot savant and gave me a plane ticket to Munich).

    ...

When you were four I quit the racing scene as a driver and switched from building Datsun / Nissan Chassis under the name of "East Side Garage" and "Zen Racing Equipment" to BMW tuning The hobby(ish) side line and profession merged (I had also gone back to twisting wrenches at a BMW Dealership) ...at least the people at my day job stopped giving me shit for racing those "Saki Sleds"... I was building BMW chassis and engines for competition (mostly 2002s and M3s) under the name "Entwinklung DC" and building data telemetry systems components under the name "DCMS". Also that same year (1989) I bought my first BMW...A slightly used 1988 M3 and a brand new 318is.

I kind of faded out on this and bounced from dealership to dealership until '91...You were six.

I went to work as a tech at B&C Foreign Car as a tech and continued in a smaller way to building Performance BMWs under the name Entwinklung Dreissig.

When you were ten I manage to kill my first driver... The bolt in roll cage I outsourced and installed in his M3 worked like a can opener on the floor pan (not to shed my responsibility but it was what he thought he could afford).

By the time you were 13 I stopped "building" cars and busied myself just twisting wrenches running the shop (I also stopped flying... I had a new daughter and I had this weird feeling my number was up I had crashed my M3 this year... I was on (I think) my 12th e30 aside from that).

Since 1999 (you were 14) and now I'm pretty much just a BMW tech at a small (but successful) independent shop.

I do a little custom BMW work and out side consulting and in 2005 (you were 20) I started tuning again (in a minor hobby(ish) way mostly e36, e46 and just getting into e90s) under the name "Evolution Zen" and "BMW Performance USA" with a friend in another shop.

I'm on my 20th (I think) e30... Just love these things.

And even stranger than my degree (you were nine when I finished my thesis) in Psyc ?

I'm probably best known as a photographer...

In all this though I can tell you that at 23 you being as arrogant, judgemental and condescending as I am at 45 isn't going to serve you well in life.

In closing...I sincerely doubt anyone will take this as it is intended to come across or even read all of this.

    Happy Thanksgiving.

Sorry, I should have been more succinct.

But I will admit... I have tired of his style of cryptic, choppy replies...

It seems to have this... strange attitude about it...

But, we're all crazy, and make car parts... (Said that a few pages back)

Off to feed the beast... What can you do?
