I thought it was pretty cool. I really liked Casino Royale but this one was entertaining too. I don't particularly care for some of the corny stuff in the old Bond movies, but that's just my opinion.

The movie was a much more realistic depiction of what Ian Fleming had in mind for bond.

Given i love the old bond movies, but i appreciated Casino Royale, and Quantum for their raw originality.

I would put money on the Daniel Craig 007 in an all out brawl of the different Bonds over the years.

when bond goes to the opera and starts talking on the private conversation via headpiece. you see them all leave the auditorium. theres a part where bond is walking up the stairs to follow them out and you see this dude (the jesper guy) is sitting in the audience and he says something to his female companion. and bond missed him!!!

oh and that olga chick gets all sorts of naked in HitMan

Yeah, I saw him in the crowd, but you never see him get caught or killed or whatever. Like I said, perfect segue to the next Bond movie. I'm still wondering about these newer Bond movies, it seems more and more like he's some uncontrollable rogue agent, quite a lot unlike the original Bond movies.

Not bad, but not the best Bond movie for damn sure. I just wish that Olga chick would have done a nude scene, she would have made that movie beyond worthwhile. What is everyones thoughts on casino royalle that said this one sucked?

The reviews I've read have pretty much said that this is just Casino Royale part 1.5, rather than a 4 hour movie they made it two films.

This movie jumped around the whole time in the 1h 46m it had. They give you some more members of the organization that was alluded to in Casino Royale, but it when Quantum ended it just barely scratched the surface of the organization, because Greene was probably just some tool of the organization. As badass as it was, it seems like you could have not seen this movie and went from the end of Casino Royale to Bond 24 and not missed a whole lot of plot.

saw the midnight showing friday morning. it was laaaaaaaaaame. i mean if youre going to make a movie to kind of "end" the last, make it relate some how and be good. all that this last movie did was leave it open for another sequel. the car was cool, daniel craig played the role well, the russian chick sucked (she was almost better in HitMan), the bad guy was lame. the plot lacked. and i kept getting motion sick from the camera bouncing everywhere in the foot race/chase scenes, thats annoying.

It was meh. Old bonds are just so much more enjoyable.

agree and agree. but I think Casino Royal was a bit on the lame side as well. too complicated and too slow. plus where were the catch phrases and theme songs?

i liked casino royale much better. the villain was a villain, not some punk ass. the plot was much better. the leading lady was a MUCH better actor, and attractive IMO. i was leery going to watch casino royale the first time cause i couldnt see anyone but pierce brosnan playing bond, but i was surprised afterwards, it was a good movie all around.
