A Homeland Security officer forcibly dragging you out of your car, so he can conduct an illegal search without probable cause or consent, is not the same as a house search or rape.

But, once everyone has accepted that it's perfectly okay for Homeland Security to act this way, and the only ones brave enough to object have been removed, then it's not a big step from there to illegal house searches. After everyone realizes it's too late to stop them from busting into your homes, it won't take long at all before they start raping your wives and daughters while they're at it, just because they can.

This has happened and continues to happen in many other countries around the world. What makes your country any different?

Think about it.

To conduct a search of your car, the Homeland Security people need to have either probable cause, or your consent. It's that simple.

Their mandate is to search for illegal immigrants. Period.

Absent probable cause, or your consent, they cannot detain you longer than it takes to briefly peer in your windows to check if there are a dozen wet Mexicans hiding on the floor.

Refusal to give consent to a search is NOT grounds for probable cause.
