LA Smog--Acid Rain--Erosion
Those to are also falsehoods.
To say that our over populationistic ways have caused no effect on climate change is ultimately preposterous given the amount of scientific data saying otherwise.
OMFG lol make it snow

Guest repliedIt is true that the environment releases far more co2 than humans but our co2 emissions throw everything out of whack. The environment has slowly evolved over billions of years to be balanced. Any co2 that the environment naturally releases is then absorbed by trees, the ocean, etc. When you add even our small percentage of co2 emissions into the mix, it all becomes unbalanced and all the co2 cannot be absorbed properly. Throw in the severe deforestation that is happening across the planet and the evidence is clear. Humans are causing the climate to change.I will side with blunt here, Climate change is real. But as far as human influence is concerned, its a bunk we have no effect, this ball of dirt is going to to what it has done for 4.5 billion years weather we are here or not.
This ball of dirt has gone through huge climate changes millions and millions of times. You want to stop climate change figure out how to regulate the fucking sun, the earths orbit from being affected but huge gravitational forces and how to keep all the fuckign volcano from ever erupting again or just stop spewing out more CO2 per year than all the human Co2 emissions in history combined. those are just a start.
Here is a great source of info on the matter. http://www.newscientist.com/article/...perplexed.html
You can still choose to believe what you want but you would have to be ignorant not to take the warnings seriously after reading the info on that site. I can't think of a much better source of scientific information.Last edited by Guest; 12-22-2008, 05:07 PM.Leave a comment:

I try to just avoid talking to him now.I don't know where you get your information. Sean Hannity perhaps? Nearly all climate scientists believe that climate change is very real. The ones that don't are considered crack pots. The evidence is overwhelming Blunt. Mean temperatures have been rising exponentially since we started spewing chemicals into the air 200 years ago. This was known far before Al Gore or Michael Moore started running their mouths.
I don't even understand why average people choose to believe that climate change isn't real. Like I said, the evidence is overwhelming and people can't honestly enjoy destroying the environment. What is your reason Blunt?
Fuck, I'd have to slap a ho if she set off the fire alarm in my dorm, that shit would get all over my computer, and a lot of my stuff.Leave a comment:

i dont enjoy destroying the environment and therefore i dont,.. i dont waste, i recycle, i use as little energy as possible except in my cars. and everything you said is the exact opposite of fact. i believe in conserving and taking care of the planet but you are delirious if you think the earth doesnt have cycles. i will sell you some carbon credits to counteract the weed smoke coming off your bong you dirty hippy.Leave a comment:
