So lets say there is a student who works their butt of to get an A in a class, and another student that sits around, does nothing and really doesn't care. One student scores well on the tests, the other fails consistently. According to your logic, we should take some of the A students high scores and distribute it to the non-performing students so both students should recieve a C regardless of how much effort was put into it?

We aren't already in massive debt...let's just rely on the richest people in America to work there asses off and dig us out our problem right?
