    Alright I switched to half caff so I'm tapering off but I'm not going to quit altogeather. So far this is the best parking lot I ever sat in event the moms goint to the supermarket are hot here and I can't see hanging out all day at the bagle shop.

    That said, the caffeine doesnt do anything for me after working at a coffee shop for 6 years. I just go for the biggest drink with the most chocolate and hope for a sugar buzz from hell.

    Expresso has less caffeine because the coffee bean is roasted longer. The longer the bean is roasted the less caffeine it has.

    That being said...I get starbucks 3-4 times a day...for free.
