i don't think they stamp it anyway, well they gave us tourist cards and then you keep them and they stamp that, then you return it at the end of your trip

When in Santiago de Cuba, I met some U.S citizens. They had come in via Mexico and Jamaica.

I stayed in Varadero but did take the day trip to Havana, which was like a 2 hour bus ride.

Lucky! Any American lucky enough to go there isn't allowed outside Havana. Its weird like that. I have family in Camaguey, much farther East...

My grandmother was Cuban (i guesss she still is) and a quarter of me want's to go there and drink coffee. The othe three quarters of me wants to eat pasta and drink Guinness.... Guess which part will win.

the coffee there was amazing, along with some spaghetti i had and pizza at this little place down the block from where we stayed. $2.50 for a pizza bigger than your plate.

No it's not. South Florida is. During winter time, 1 out of 10 cars here are from Canada. I see Ontario and Quebec plates like there's no tomorrow. Sadly enough they manage to make the road rage in South Florida even worse.

When I was in Daytona for spring break last year, Ontario plates where the most common. It's the province of silver minivans.
