no contingency lawyer is going to take the case on your side, you aren't injured bad enough (at all). if you paid out of your own pocket, youd spend the $3000 the car is worth the first day the attorney is on the case. you might end up getting sued by the motorcyclist, but then your insurance would hire the attorney only to defend you (them).

But...I actually chuckled at the way you listed the damages to your car. You mentioned the driver side pop out window first, and I (or we all) thought maybe his handle bar clipped your window and maybe bitched up your quarter panel a bit...

...then came the 'dented' wheel, the popped ellipsoids, the broken fog lights (how did those get wiped anyway?), the one fender in teh railing - all seemed minor UNTIL THE PICS THAT SHOW YOUR FRONT WHEEL TO BE NEARLY TOUCHING YOUR LEFT KNEE! LIKE WTF OMG!

Glad everyone's okay though.!

Oddly enough this is the second time that wheel has been in the foot well. Last year a big rig turned left in front of me when i was going straight, so i turned right and understeered it into a curb.
