Too many posts from prejudiced viewpoints, with "facts" that support these preconceived positions, and other "facts" that would weaken the poster's argument deliberately or ignorantly omitted. Forget whether the Dems or the Repubs are the worst offenders (although a recent New York Times article cites a poll showing most Americans think the Dems are the more hateful party), the duplicity here is enough to make me despair.

There are more decent ways to argue your point of view. Breaking glass after Palin targets your name, is not one of them. And shooting is an entirely different animal and I'm sure it was politically driven in his demented head although the jury is still out. It could have been a postal office as far as I am concern but I am sure we will find out the twisted motivation later.

When I heard the news over the weekend, I saw the writing on the wall. In my mind I said, "sob, they finally did it".

Then I got the details learning it was a democrat.
