Thanks. It's a simple thing. Offer respects or stfu.

But no. People have to hate.

Look up the definition of fact, it doesn't include trying to predict the future.

God you sound like a baby. Guess what, not everyone likes all politicians. I think it's odd that the left is praising the guy so much

Not a thing to do with left or right. It's about common decency.

You are the baby. He voted against something you wanted and now you are whining about it? Or (more likely) you have no clue why you hate him, just Trump does so the weak of mind do too.

Hey look its mr assumption striking again. I dont like the guy because he was a rino, his pathetic running for president in 2008 and his love of obabamacare. I could care less what trump thinks of him

Oh bullshit Parker. Like you’d show the same for Trump.

I don't think that comparing Trump to McCain is an apples to apples comparison, which I think is actually at the root of what Parker is saying. McCain was a public servant for most of his life, regardless of whether you liked his stances (or his flying ability for those that brought that up) or not, his dedication to public life has to be recognized. Trump, with the exception of his time currently as the President, has never served the public. So to compare McCain's 60+ years of service to Trumps <2 years is a bit disingenuous.

However, I'm not going to wholly discount the point that gwb is trying to make either, that liberals are only now more than willing to hold McCain in high esteem because he's dead and it makes liberals seem compassionate and sympathetic. When McCain was still alive and prior to brain cancer, he was demonized by the left for any number of reasons, so to act as though he was a perfect politician in their eyes now is also a bit disingenuous.

High praise indeed coming from a clueless person such as you.

Trump is the anthesis of heroic.

I was voting for McCain until Palin in 2008. I am not a liberal, I am a person that is able to see what is going on for what it is and make objective decisions not based on tribal bullshit but actual data.

I never said McCaine was perfect, nor have I said Republicans are the antichrist. I live in Arizona so I see what McCain has done. He was a good man that (I believe) did his best to do the right thing. Trump is a bad man that does what is best for Trump.

Had there been a reasonable Republican candidate (Kasich) in the last election, I'd have voted for him, KASICH!

I came here to post this sentiment, nearly verbatim in fact (though to be fair likely not quite as eloquently) ....... Where is the golf clap emoji...
