You must have a line on super cheap powdercoating. Around here its $250-300 for a set of wheels.

I'd have a hard time spending that on wheels that didn't cost much more than that new.

thanks for the comments guys. what I really like about powdercoating is the fact that I can always go back to the original color sceme. If I rock them satin black then I figure out I dont really like the look, I can always go back and get them sand blasted and polished. Its a very correctable change.

I think I may just do it. Through a buddy I can get them coated for dirt cheap so I'm not really worried about the money for it.
