well from what i have seen its a 20b motor aka a rotary due to its size and shape and the the location of the intake

It was once... Actually I believe it's been parted out at this point, I remember the engine being for sale over on bf.c sometime last year. Or perhaps the owner was just swapping powerplants, I forget the details.
