I've been to the Kush gallery in Hawaii, and my family has three of his artists proofs...he's got some really interesting stuff, and many of his painting have some neat little side stories or "tricks" in them. If you check out one of the larger paintings, which "depicts" his journey to America, you see that the ocean on the bottom right hand corner turns into a tablecloth. He also did a painting for Absolut vodka awhile back that was pretty cool. I believe it was "Absolut Summit."

I have this up in my garage because my wife hates it. It looks GREAT with all the tools and car posters. (not)
I really like looking at it, though. Everything's worn out from the sea. Looks like a cold, windy place where tourists will NEVER visit.

I like Robert William's work quite a bit. It's a little more low brow, but just as interesting.
