    track times..

I gotta add some east coast love....

    90 325i...red baby above...
    m20, header,chip, single 2.5 pipe set up.....
Hr race/poly bushes/koni SAs by GC
    camber plates
    sparco frt strut

    3 73...g260
    225/50 RA1's
    15 x 7..
Lime Rock...1 05.5( a little left on the table)

same car as above BUT S50...
Lime Rock...1 04.4( w/ alot left on the table)

I wish I had taken times from other tracks but did not....

Like Rock is really a big balls commitment track.... not hi speed though. You really gotta charge the turns to get a quick time. Ive seen Spec Miatas do 102's and outrun GT3's, M3 etc.....but they literally never touch the brakes.....youve gotta be spot on at every turn to really nail it......and if you are not, it can bite hard w/ little run off most everywhere.

a taste of LRP...old before track was paved..Jag Vintage event, awesome cars...Allards...Shelby 350s....E types...really cool to share the track..m20 here....

Still learning and dialing in the LS1 e36.

BC racing coilovers custom spring rates
Toyo r888 235/40/17 all around (way too thin for the power)
Had to soften the suspension to compensate

Speed ventures / Streets of Willow running CCW: Best time 1:34

No vid with the E30 yet, but I do have lots of in car from my spec Miata. Can probably dig some up from a 350Z too.

Vintage racing is back at Waterford! 2012 will be 3rd year I believe. Awesome event - there is a guy who owns one of Bobby Rahal's old Can Am cars - worth the trip just to see that car running on track!

I ran a Spec E30 race sometime around then, but we were going CCW. It rained much of the weekend, best time I could turn was a 2:21. Finished 8 out of 12 or 13 in moderate rain. Not terrible for my first sprint race and first weekend in an SE30.

We were turning 1:53-1:56s at Laguna in the Lemons E30 with 200 treadwear Nitto NT05s.

low 1:26's, same setup as at Nelsons (stock with star specs and some random stockish brake pads), only the shocks and sway bar worked. Was only running about 75% since we were shaking down the car. Was likely down on power a bit due to severely worn cam lobes / rocker arms.

For reference, A very well prepped full ITS build 325is runs in the 1:16s out there on Hoosier As, full race suspension, IT prepped motor, custom ECU, headers, intake, etc.
