Flush it and get proper fluid in there. I doubt anything is wrong mechanically!

Don't think not flushing it would cause this.(IMO)
Usually it's the shifting forks/fork shims wear out, or a spot in your gears is failing to mesh

The one time I let another shop deal with my car almost a year ago, they pushed my car into a curb messing up the M tech valance and bending the sheet metal behind it. All they had to do was change the clutch master cylinder. Well last week, I developed a brake fluid leak and discovered it was leaking from the plastic elbow on top of the (you guessed it) clutch master cylinder. The elbow was completely broken! and dumped fluid onto my carpet! I can't recall ever hearing about this or if it would break on it's own so I feel that they damaged it when they removed/reinstalled it changing the master cylinder. Sometimes letting others work on your car just isn't worth it. I wish I had towed the car home and did the job myself. At least I would take care not to mess things up. I had this issue with my e21 320iS.
I changed the clutch and fixed all shifting issues. Weird, but it had something to do with the clutch.world renown Harry Potter expert
