Hey Guys,
I just picked up a E30 318is with a bad motor and am in the process of rebuilding it. The car is apart in my garage right now and I need to have it done by the end of this week, but I just realized that I need to pull the head off the motor and afterwards reset the timing.
Does anyone in the Bay Area have the special E12 thin wall Torx socket that lets you pull the head without taking the cams out of the trays? It's needed for M42's and M5x/S5x motors so I think it should be a common buy. Looks like this:

Alternatively I know some people have milled down Harbor Freight Sockets and gotten that to work.
The other two parts are the standard cam locks and crankshaft pin for setting timing on the M42 or M5x/S5x motors.

If anyone has these I would much appreciate your help as I'm kind of on a time crunch. I am willing to compensate you for the use of your tools and have no problem leaving a deposit if you would like.
Thanks!
I know I don't have much history on here, but I've been on M3forum and Bimmerforums for a while and have bought and sold many parts without problems.
