theres the monthly Van Nuys meet near you and i believe the next one is on the 25th at 8pm, i will try to get to this one if i have no intention in xmas shopping which more than likely the girlfriend is gonna be making me go lol

This make the date for January 15th. That gives a pretty good window for people to get prepared..

in the mean time, lets keep the subject open so people can still add and give their opinion & we can plan it all the way to the start date.

The event doesnt have to be massive..even if we can get 75 cars all together it would still look pretty awesome.

What if we color coordinate it? haha now im getting ahead of myself.

Here's my opinion on this. WAIT. We already have Dock and archiefest going on in december. Why don't you make this mid january or something so it gives people time to plan for such a big event (potentially) and don't overload people's schedules with e30 events.

We can make 2 meets. We can start in L.A, meet at the Ventura Harbor, pick up people leaving from there (like Garrett for example! - owns the white 318.) then make our way up north.

I think this a good idea. But you need to give people WAY more time in advance if you're planning for 100+ cars. When we had the 130+ car Bimmerfest caravan, people knew about it months in advance.

I kinda thought it was too short notice, but I wasn't sure of the response on thisfirst, but since there ARE people interested, lets plan for maybe early December? Maybe the 4th or 11th? Before hell breaks loose for X-mas.

If not, I dont care how long it takes, I just want it to be BAD ass. I want people to know E30 even if they were just born haha. I want to shine up the 101 with 318's & 325s! The way people on this forum do up their cars, its an ART. Lets make a moving art show! :o

ill find my ways yeh i deleted my suggestion because i didnt read what you said about starting off from 101 and 134 lol but i just had to include the 170 and 101 because ive been there a few times and i like how theres not much traffic compare to 134 its up to you man

I would be SOOO down to drive all the way to San Francisco (from L.A.), and all cross the bridge together, and place a meet in Marin County ! But thats alot of gas & driving..some people MIGHT not be up for that.

+1 ill also be down cuz i got relatives near sac, could plan a visit haha but gas and driving is a problem LOL maybe to Fresno or somewhere like Monterrey Bay? but i have to agree with nick since this is just weeks out from today, december wouldve been good but i think everyones gonna be christmas shopping and we dont want to come across heavy traffic tbh would ruin the fun, gonna lose everyone LOL
