The Car-B-Q is almost here and we've picked out a pretty rad location that is both right off the 1/101 Highways and RIGHT down at the beach!

The event will be held at the Golden China restaurant here in Ventura:



Event Date: Saturday, September 15, 2012
Gates open at 11:00AM and We'll be hosting in the lot until 5:00PM

Car Registration will include entry into the event for one vehicle and whoever you can pack in it, one voucher for Food/Drink, and one raffle entry.

That should work perfectly. There is a big grassy area that we could set up the tents no problem.

I'm ok with ez ups as long as they don't take up a ton of room. I want to organize the cars to fit as many as possible. We dont want a parking lot full of ez ups and not have enough room for all the cars.

And Harry, $10 a car and the extra food ticket is TBD. We will let you guys know as soon as we can. Just make aure to bring some cash for food and drinks.


And another thing guys, after the meet is over, I'm sure a bunch of us will be heading inside Golden China for food. I'm sure the owner would love if we went inside and gave him some business. Also, this restaurant has the best Kareoke available in Ventura County. its a good time and I'm sure if we liquor up Garrett and Edwin, they will get up and do a duet to sunny and cher. Lol
