Barry, I will have to contact the management after Christmas and provide them with the full details of the meet.
In the meantime, let's start a list that would take into account whose going, including their name and how many persons per vehicle. It'll give the manager a rough est of how much of the lot to block off, as well as how many ppl the manager will need to have on staff to accomodate for all of us.
FORMAT:
1. name (#heads per vehicle attending)
If you guys are bringing extra ppl with you, please add them into your head count per vehicle.
EXAMPLE:
In my case, I will most likely be bringing my gf so....
