I fucking missed it 2 years in a row. Last year I had to work, which is understandable. This time I was in Santa Barbara and missed it! I kept seeing bad ass BMWs rolling down state street, but I figured it was just SB. I was getting my GF from the hospital this time though, so I guess thats another good reason =\

Tell me about it, wonderful scenery but the 101 is the reason both my fenders are completely screwed.

Bimmerfest was awesome. I had a blast. It was good putting some faces to names.

Got home at 10 last night.
Missed Matt's BBQ....too messed up to drive to State St and find him.

I blew my HG Saturday night overboosting, but made it home with two oil changes along the way and a coolent flush....

Hope everyone enjoyed this years Bfest...sucks I didnt meet any turbo e30's there, and had to park all the way in the corner, completely away from the e30 section. What ever happened to the "unofficial" drive?

I bought it on a gamble, the guy I bought it from knew nothing about it, he bought it out of a wrecked car. Apparently it came out of a BADLY wrecked M5 because the rear case of the trans was damaged. By the time we GOT to santa barbara, the trans oil was puking out the rear seal. Refilled it at Jiffy Lube before the trip home, I imagine it was dry sometime around Oregon Border, since it started making noise 100 miles into Oregon...

    oh well. it was cheap

Just got home, its 2:49am, we drove ~1800 miles round trip. Fuck I'm tired, and I lost my keys either in my friends e46 or in Santa Barbara in the motel....
