I just found out that my old friend is at Ramstein.
He isn't a car guy, but he is willing to ship parts to me.
Anyone has some nice euro goodies for e30 e36 ( that are worth shipping to the states)?

Thanks. Are the prices pretty reasonable? It just cost me 40 to change my own oil on Kapaun this week.Leave a comment:

Hello from the states.
As a kid, (dad was Air Force), I lived in Germany for 6 years. I learned to drive (a 1600 ) in Germany on the autobahn. My tacher was a drunk GI. LOL. Giebelstadt, Essfeld, Wurzburg, Hahn, Koblenz, Trier.
Miss that country. Have fun!!Leave a comment:

Where's the lot? Can you PM me some directions? Thanks.
My diff is so rusted out it looks like it's about to fall off. Plus I could use some more M-Tech 2 if there's any sitting around in there.Leave a comment:

Do you have base privileges? If you don't then you might not have access. Could try it anyway what are they gonna say? No and go home? Not a big deal.Leave a comment:

Damn, only a CAC card!!! I wish I knew that when I worked in Mannheim/Coleman...what about US Passport?? But seriously, I would love to get in this yard after the new stuff comes in. Ramstein is only 60km away.

If you have a CAC card you can go in without an issue. E30 stuff right now? Nothing much but a couple of good ones were in the processing yard. They have 450 new cars coming in from the Army soon.Leave a comment:
