I'm sure we could find a flat spot on a piece of land we could put a strip and a hangar. Paved strip as part of race course straightaway? hmm, the ideas...

i do want some nice elevation changes for track land though...

Lol, good plan! My friend in high school had a huge land that we made a killer 4-wheeler track for. We then proceeded to fill it with an evo 8 and nissan sentras. Fun times.

We should do that again, except at CORE. Next winter, we NEED to do snow/dirt rally. That would be beyond epic. Well, for all those with the testicular fortitude to do it.

My best run was 2 seconds faster than one of that cars drivers best run! All comes down to driver skill.

That was only the case due to the weather. Normal is 4 runs and sometimes 5. Nationals is different though.

Anyways, I have a very competitive nature. I hate losing and love winning. I enjoy the challenge presented by autox to be a fast learner and a great driver. PERSONALLY, I feel autox is so heavily relies on driver skill that a lot people with awesome cars come out once, get their asses handed to them, and never come back out. I am currently getting my ass handed to me (I was 3!!!!!!! seconds behind my class leader). However, there is lot of room for work on my car and my driving skill. I get excited when I think about going out and trying again and just driving the shit out of my car. I like working towards a goal and that is winning DSP!

That is why autox appeals to me so much. I love the challenge. It ALWAYS leaves you yearning for more cause you know you could have done something better. I take that and learn from it and hopefully become better. I agree it is pricey for the time on track, but I honestly tink you guys who are into tracking your cars would never drive your car that hard on the edge of control for a whole lap of the track for safety/cost reasons. My car is for autox and being driven as hard/fast as possible. Sorry if you do not agree with something I said, just my opinion.

Hey! It was nice meting you! Thanks again for the pictures. Tires are great?!?! They never got hot :( Cannot wait to see how they run when it is nice out!

    Run 1) 59.009
    Run 2) 57.704
    Run 3) 56.238

I managed to index 872 points, which I am pretty happy about for my first race with the car and being in a prepared class with literally nothing done to the car except for wheels and tires. Hopefully coilovers will do a lot!
Anyways, here are some pictures before the arctic tundra developed around us.
