Yes. Just so I'm clear, even though I had a good experience at the Manchester Lou's; I'd still say their quality is decent and they are a mid-priced shop. I was happy with the custom stainless exhaust system they installed and they let me bring in all my own components (except tubing) for the install. It's not a high-end, show quality type shop.

If anyones wondering in the RI area I would reccomend Quads in Narragansett. Seriously awesome quality and fitmint on my 318is custom catback, will be going back. Rossis in west warwick was pretty crap on fitment on my m50 swaps exhaust. But they did the whole thing for $300.

It's legit. Let them know I sent you, or let me know when you want to go. They have a full fabrication shop in at the facility...and a dyno...and Ferrari's and project Nobles kicking around. They started off as BMW specialist, but expanded later on. One of the techs, Dave, has a couple of e30s and a nice e30 m3 too.

Here is my car on his dyno.

Perhaps I should do a formal post on this shop. They exceeded my expectations.
Def. looks like they know what they're doing. I'll have to check them out.

I may use them again. I was mostly just reporting on my experiences at both shops.

What is the name of the shop?

I'm revisiting this thread since I've now used Lou's Custom Exhaust in both Manchester and Nashua (it's a franchise and each shop is run independently.)

The Manchester shop did a great job and were professional. The Nashua shop sucked balls and was run by a bunch of hack monkeys.

I think I paid around 550 for my initial setup (2.5" ss from the down tubes back with a high flow cat and a Magnaflow turbo style muffler). I went back a year later and had a resonator installed to quiet it down at and I think they charged me 50 bucks to install that so 600 total.

I had good luck with Lou's Custom in Manchester. That location is owned by the guy who started the whole franchise and he is often there himself (he actually worked on my car when I had the exhaust installed initially).

Nice custom mandrel bends and fully welded lap joints all kept high and tight along the underside. No rattles. No real danger of scraping the ground. I had mine done in unpolished stainless for which they provide a five year warranty.
